Skin Cancer Surgery

When found and treated properly, the cure rate for both basal cell carcinoma (BCC), and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), is over 95%.

Depending on the type of BCC/SCC, the location, and the size, there are several treatment options available. Surgical treatment options for skin cancer include in-office excisional surgery, Mohs surgery, therapeutic creams, and curettage & electrodessication. After surgery and healing is complete, skin resurfacing and scar revision procedures are available if necessary.
